| I now have in stock what is in my opinion the most unique knapping material that exists in North America and perhaps the world. It is Rainy Buttes petrified wood. It is an iron rich, highly silicated, high grade, easily chippable, material from North Dakota. It has a beautiful wood grain look and often exhibits yellows and purples in it. I now offer it two ways. Premium more tabular pieces and early stage bifaces by the inch, or more irregular and blocky pieces by the pound. Same great quality either way. | The "BY THE INCH" material is more tabular naturally occurring pieces or early stage bifaces. The "BY THE POUND" material is more blocky and irregularly shaped but same great quality. The medium flat rate holds 26 - 28 lbs and the more affordable regional A box holds 14 plus pounds. Never available commercially on the internet before. Get your supply while you can.. |
